Nicholas Reynolds is Staff Counsel in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Dallas - Metro office. His primary focus is working with case teams to efficiently navigate eDiscovery to maximize efficiency and cost containment. His practice sections include identification, preservation, analysis, review, and production of documents, as well as assisting case teams in maximizing information synthesis during the discovery process.

Prior to joining FMG, Mr. Reynolds was Contract Counsel at Cimplifi, where he assisted case teams with eDiscovery management. Cases included antitrust, commercial litigation and complex litigation, and clients included major telecommunications firms and airlines.

Mr. Reynolds is an active member of the Dallas Bar Association and remains engaged in developments in eDiscovery more broadly. He stays current on emerging trends impacting insurers and policyholders. In addition to his professional work, he engages in community cleanup initiatives and supports local civic efforts in the North Dallas area.
