Olivia Kempner is an Associate in Freeman Mathis and Gary, LLP’s Newark office. She is a member of the Commercial Litigation/Directors & Officers Practice Section.

Ms. Kempner gained litigation experience as a clinical student in the Fordham Federal Litigation Clinic, where she represented clients in federal court proceedings and handled pre-trial motions and advocacy. She also held internships at the New York State Office of the Attorney General, the New York City Council, and Northwell Health, supporting investigations and drafting legal memoranda.

Ms. Kempner served as an Associate Editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law while in law school.
