Omid Sean Vijeh is an Associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP, based in the firm’s Downtown Los Angeles office. He is a member of the Firm’s Commercial Litigation and Torts & Catastrophic Loss groups. Omid’s practice includes all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial preparation. He has experience drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, and discovery, as well as supporting depositions and court hearings in both state and federal courts. He is also well-versed in contract negotiation and data privacy matters, having advised on high-volume SaaS and technology agreements during his time as a legal intern at a publicly traded software company.
Before joining the firm, Omid worked with a boutique litigation firm where he supported commercial and business litigation matters, including drafting motions, handling discovery, and providing strategic case support. His prior professional experience includes negotiating financial software agreements and partnering with in-house counsel to support corporate transactions.
Omid earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, where he was a staff member of the Pepperdine Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law. He competed in the Moriarity and Arabian Moot Court Competitions and received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship for academic excellence. While in law school, he earned top marks in courses such as Evidence, Privacy Law, and Trademarks. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Los Angeles.
