Paige Baskovich is an Associate in Freeman Mathis and Gary, LLP’s Downtown Los Angeles office. She is a member of the Commercial Litigation/Directors & Officers and Insurance Coverage & Extra-Contractual Liability practice areas. She focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes and insurance coverage matters.

Ms. Baskovich represents insurers in coverage and bad faith disputes involving residential and commercial property, commercial general liability, and automobile insurance policies. She also advises clients on policy interpretation, coverage analysis, and claims evaluation. In addition, she represents corporate clients in matters involving breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, unfair business practices, and other commercial litigation matters.

Ms. Baskovich earned her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, where she also received a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and the Law. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychological & Brain Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She also earned a Certificate in Business Communication and Law from UC Santa Barbara.
