Patrick Dupre is Staff Counsel in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Dallas–Metro office. He is a member of the eDiscovery & Records Management Team. He focuses on working collaboratively with clients and case teams to manage eDiscovery strategies and projects in order to maximize efficiencies and drive down costs. He consults with case teams on eDiscovery projects, including advising on design, development, and implementation of workflows, as well as on identification, preservation, analyses, review, and production of documents. He also acts as the liaison with outside vendors and contract attorneys. Mr. Dupre is experienced in litigation and with government investigations.
Prior to joining FMG, Mr. Dupre worked in Review Management for an eDiscovery vendor, where he assisted case teams with running eDiscovery projects. He worked on a broad range of cases, including anti-trust, commercial litigation, government investigations, and complex litigation within the telecommunication, media, and technology sectors.
Mr. Dupre is a member of the Business Law Section and Entertainment Law Section of the Texas State Bar. He also stays current with trends in eDiscovery and remains engaged in eDiscovery developments.
