Paul Miller is an Associate in the Boston office of Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP. Mr. Miller is a member of the Professional Liability/Errors & Omissions, Construction & Design Law and Commercial Litigation/Directors & Officers Practice Sections.

During law school, Mr. Miller gained experience through positions with the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, serving as a judicial intern to the Honorable Kimberly S. Budd, Chief Justice and with Harvard University’s Office of Strategic Procurement as a Contract Analyst Intern. Mr. Miller also previously clerked for a mid-size litigation firm in Boston, and interned at both the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office and another nationally recognized law firm.

Mr. Miller is a member of the Massachusetts State Bar. Mr. Miller served as Senior Managing Editor of the Suffolk University Law Review and received Honorable Mention Awards for both Oral Advocacy and Brief Writing. Mr. Miller earned his JD from Suffolk University Law School and his BA from the College of the Holy Cross.
