Before joining FMG, Ronna served as the CEO of CLM (Claims & Litigation Management Alliance), the nation’s largest association of claims professionals and attorneys.

Ronna's impressive career spans top 20 insurance carriers, where she held roles such as SVP, General Counsel & Secretary, Chief Claims Officer; VP of Claims and VP of Casualty Claims. She has led large teams, sometimes over 300 strong, driving organizational transformations and implementing successful and comprehensive claims, litigation management, compliance, regulatory, and risk reduction programs.
