Overview

Samuel C. Jeon is an Associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and is located in the Seal Beach office. Mr. Jeon’s practice focuses on the defense of claims in the areas of tort and catastrophic loss, professional liability and errors and omissions in California. Mr. Jeon works diligently to obtain the best possible resolution for his clients. Clients appreciate the focus and attention to detail he provides to resolving every matter as well as his ability to address potential issues that could arise in the future.

Mr. Jeon has significant experience litigating various civil litigation claims with a particular focus on defending insurance companies and private clients involving high-exposure bodily injury lawsuits, including but not limited to claims of general liability, transportation, premises liability, battery and assault. He has represented high-profile clients including international airlines, major U.S. airports, airport service providers, a rideshare company and security companies in state and federal courts concerning negligence and negligent hiring, supervision and retention. Mr. Jeon handles every facet of civil litigation, from pre-suit investigation to trial.

He is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine (B.A.). He obtained his master’s degree in business administration from Concordia University, Irvine (M.B.A.). He also received his law degree from Loyola Law School (J.D.), where he concentrated his studies in civil litigation and received First Honors in Trial Advocacy. Mr. Jeon was a board member of the Scott Moot Court Honors Program from 2016 to 2017.
