She leads the firm’s On Call Trial team.  Trial practice is often described as an art – requiring classical training, talent and skill, carefully honed by years of courtroom experience.  Ms. Collier has that expertise.  She is a formidable trial attorney who takes a practical, thorough, and creative approach to successfully resolve her client’s disputes at trial.

Sharon is an Associate Member of ABOTA and recognized as a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (“NBTA”). She also currently serves on the Board of Directors for the NBTA.

Specializing in taking tough cases to trial, Sharon has successfully tried many significant cases to verdict, including claims in the areas of unfair competition, intellectual property, breach of contract, fraud, discrimination, employment, sexual assault, and personal injury.  She is frequently hired to take over cases from other law firms on the eve of trial.  She is a quick study, adept at learning complex and diverse subjects, to persuasively present her client’s story to the jury.

Sharon handles disputes ranging from breach of contract, fraud, discrimination, unfair competition, employment, to intellectual property rights.  Anything that goes to a civil jury, she can try.  Sharon has represented small business, public international conglomerates, as well as public entities.  Sharon frequently represents clients in insurance litigation cases involving catastrophic personal injury claims. She has effectively handled a wide variety of personal injury cases concerning motor vehicle and trucking accidents, work-related injuries, construction site injuries, premises liability, product defect claims, and food borne illness. Sharon’s skillful and thorough trial preparation often develops crucial evidence which leads to early and decisive settlement.
