Spencer Martin is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Scottsdale office. He is a member of the Firm’s Construction Law and Data Security, Privacy & Technology practice sections.

Spencer earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was President of the Technology and Legal Innovation Society, a member of the American Indian Law Review, and active in the First Generation Law Student Association.
