Stacy Breaud is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary's Atlanta office, Vice-Chair of the firm's Healthcare national practice section, and Vice-Chair of the firm's Aging Services & Long-Term Care and Life Sciences national practice teams. Ms. Breaud began her career in Massachusetts before moving to Georgia in 2019. In her healthcare practice, Ms. Breaud represents physicians, nurses, healthcare practices and hospitals in medical malpractice claims. Her work also includes providing legal representation to healthcare providers in connection with matters before the Georgia Composite Medical Board, as well as advising clients on subjects such as risk avoidance. Ms. Breaud has successfully defended her clients throughout state and federal courts, appellate courts and at mediation.
Outside of her healthcare practice, Ms. Breaud represents lawyers in both legal malpractice lawsuits and in State Bar of Georgia disciplinary matters.
