Stephen Lin is Staff Counsel working in the Conflicts and Ethics division in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's Denver office. Prior to FMG, Mr. Lin worked as a Shepard’s Editor with LexisNexis.

As Staff Counsel, Mr. Lin assists with conducting internal conflict research on all potential and new cases and works with partners to ensure any conflicts are cleared or waived. He also drafts and reviews waivers for new matters and assists vetting conflicts related to lateral hires.

Mr. Lin is a member of the Colorado Bar Association. He is a graduate of Colorado State University in Fort Collins, where he earned a bachelor’s degree, and the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in Tucson, where he earned a Juris Doctor.
