Téhaura [Téh] Henning is a Senior Counsel in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Phoenix office. Ms. Henning has seventeen years of litigation experience in the public and private sectors. Her practice includes a variety of complex litigation areas, including insurance defense, coverage, employment, construction, business litigation, and tort matters.
Prior to joining FMG, Ms. Henning spent five years in the Philadelphia and Phoenix offices of a large national firm in the Commercial Litigation, Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights, and Consumer Protection Litigation practice groups. Prior to the firm, Ms. Henning spent eight and a half years as an Assistant District Attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. In that capacity, Ms. Henning served as the lead first chair attorney in hundreds of criminal proceedings from preliminary hearings through jury trials. She worked as a trial attorney in seven separate divisions of the District Attorney’s Office. Additionally, Ms. Henning spent a year facilitating Project Dawn Court, a cutting-edge diversionary program for victims of sexual exploitation and human trafficking.
