Thomas Livingston is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s San Diego office. Mr. Livingston’s practice focuses on defense of claims in the areas of tort and catastrophic loss, Data Security & Privacy, employment law, and professional liability.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Livingston worked as a staff attorney at Robbins, Geller, Rudman & Dowd, LLP, after being admitted to the California bar in January 2021. Mr. Livingston worked on complex class-action securities litigation cases and assisted attorneys with document review and preparing motions. Mr. Livingston then worked as an associate attorney at Neil, Dymott, Frank, McCabe & Hudson, APLC focusing on medical malpractice defense and general tort actions.
Mr. Livingston is a graduate of Cornell University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in History and a Minor in Law & Society. Mr. Livingston received his law degree from California Western School of Law. Mr. Livingston is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, San Diego Defense Lawyers, the Federal Bar Association, and the Southeast Asian Bar Association.
