Tiffany Lee is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Seattle office and is a member of the Insurance Coverage & Extra-Contractual Liability and Tort & Catastrophic Loss national practice sections. She focuses her practice on insurance coverage disputes, tort and general liability matters, and privacy and intellectual property issues. Ms. Lee brings a multidisciplinary background to her legal work, with advanced degrees in both law and engineering.
Prior to joining FMG, Ms. Lee handled a broad range of intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. She also gained in-house experience as a legal intern in the legal department of a California-based communications technology company. Her approach to client service is informed by both in-house and law firm perspectives, allowing her to deliver practical, business-oriented solutions.
Ms. Lee earned her J.D. from the University of California, Davis - School of Law, where she was a Senior Articles Editor for the Journal of International Law and Policy and served as Diversity and Outreach Chair for the Moot Court Honors Board. She holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from Cornell University, where she was recognized as a Hunter R. Rawlings III Presidential Research Scholar and a John McMullen Dean’s Scholar. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and in Washington.
