Tim Groves is a Partner at Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Orlando office. Mr. Groves’ practice focuses on medical malpractice litigation and he is adept at handling cases from pre-suit through post-verdict motion practice. He has previously worked with both plaintiff and defense law firms handling all types of medical malpractice claims. He currently represents hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in both civil lawsuits and in investigations by the Florida Department of Health.

Prior to joining FMG, Mr. Groves worked at a nationally-renowned medical malpractice plaintiff’s firm. Prior to that he worked at a mid-sized civil litigation defense firm where he handled medical malpractice, general negligence, and premises liability matters. He attended the University of Florida for both law school and his undergraduate education.
