Todd J. Murgo is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Tampa office. Mr. Murgo’s practice focuses on the areas of commercial litigation, tort and catastrophic loss, insurance coverage, professional liability, and labor and employment.
Mr. Murgo has representative experience in matters involving general tort loss, premises liability, labor and employment, construction defects, and commercial disputes. He has represented a variety of individuals and entities in state and federal court at all stages of litigation. His practice also includes advising clients in various sectors on the development of effective legal strategies and practices.
Mr. Murgo obtained a B.S. in Criminology from the University of Tampa. He received his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he graduated with honors and served as an Executive Research Editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy.
Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and supporting his favorite New York sports teams.
