Overview

Tyler Pare is an Associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and is based out of the Boston office. He is part of the Construction & Design, Labor & Employment, Professional Liability/E&O and Tort & Catastrophic Loss practice sections. He is also involved with the Firm’s Architects & Engineers Design Liability and Environmental interdisciplinary teams.

Mr. Pare’s practice focuses on the defense of claims in the areas of employment, professional liability, construction and design and general liability in Rhode Island and in Massachusetts. Tyler has also worked on matters involving environmental pollution and toxic torts.

He is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and a member of DRI (Defense Research Institute). He was awarded the East Bay Community Action Program 2019 Vision Award. Mr. Pare received his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law (J.D., summa cum laude), where he was a member of the Roger Williams University Law Review. He also served as a chambers law clerk for Associate Justice Francis Flaherty of the Rhode Island Supreme Court. He is a graduate of Saint Anselm College (B.A.).
