Veronica Pakit is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Newark office. Veronica represents varied clients in the State and Federal Courts for New Jersey and New York, including in the areas of catastrophic injury, environmental remediation, products liability, complex civil litigation, commercial disputes and employment and labor law matters. Veronica earned her way through law school as a police dispatcher and emergency medical technician for over a decade, gaining valuable medical and investigative skills that she utilizes for her catastrophic injury/medical malpractice clients. In law school, Veronica participated in the International Chamber of Commerce Commercial Law Mediation Competition, affording her the opportunity to hone her written and oral advocacy skills. Additionally, Veronica was elected student leader for the Rutgers Pro Bono Child Support Program and the LGBTQ+ Pro Bono program.
