William Dauster is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Springfield office. He is a member of the Construction & Design Law and Tort & Catastrophic Loss practice areas and a member of the Architects & Engineers Design Liability and Mass Tort Litigation interdisciplinary teams. He supports clients in various construction and tort related disputes involving construction defect, defect or negligence in design, property damage and catastrophic injury resulting in mass tort litigation, with experience handling multi-million dollar disputes with complex issues and multiple parties.
Mr. Dauster represents construction companies, subcontractors, professionals and various corporate clients across industries. He has frequently advised clients on risk assessment, policy development, contractual interpretation, arbitration/mediation/alternative dispute resolution, real estate and corporate matters to achieve effective outcomes.
Mr. Dauster is a member of the KCMBA, Missouri and Kansas Bar Associations and hold a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Washuburn University's Gregory D. and Ronda K. Brenneman School of Business. Mr. Dauster has participated in the Ross T. Roberts Trial Academy.
