Will graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in finance before attending Georgia State University College of Law. While at Georgia State, Will helped found the Legal Analytics Association and graduated with a certificate in Legal Analytics & Innovation.
Prior to coming to FMG, Will was an associate in a boutique civil litigation firm where he litigated cases involving breach of contract, licensing, leasing, intellectual property, and data privacy as well as handling a variety of commercial real estate matters ranging from landlord tenant disputes, dispossessory actions, and foreclosures. Will also managed complex commercial transactions and developed, implemented, and audited data privacy policies and procedures for clients’ businesses. Will is a certified information privacy professional (CIPP/US) and is dedicated to improving his clients’ data privacy practices.
Outside of the office, Will enjoys spending time with his family, supporting Atlanta professional sports teams and the Georgia Bulldogs, playing golf and basketball, and traveling.
