Yinan Ma is an Associate in the Philadelphia Freeman Mathis & Gary office. She practices in the Labor and Employment Law National Practice Section. Ms. Ma’s practice focuses on the defense of claims for discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and unlawful termination.
Ms. Ma received her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Ma interned at AstraZeneca and Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. as in-house counsel. Ms. Ma also served as the president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.
Prior to joining Freeman Mathis & Gary, Ms. Ma handled employment discrimination matters, as well as corporate and commercial litigation. She is licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has significant experience defending clients throughout all stages of litigation. Ms. Ma has appeared in federal and state courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Ms. Ma obtained her undergraduate degree from Boston University, where she made the Dean’s list.
She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
