Zachary W. Jarvis is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Atlanta office. Mr. Jarvis is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Law and Construction and Design Law practice sections.
Mr. Jarvis’ employment practice includes representing employers in defending against claims under federal and state employment laws, handling employment discrimination disputes, and advising employers on their internal policies. He also defends developers, owners, general contractors, architects, and engineers in a variety of construction and design defect claims.
Mr. Jarvis is admitted to practice law in Georgia.
Before joining Freeman Mathis & Gary, Mr. Jarvis served as a Judicial Extern for both the U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, as well as a Legal Intern for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office.
Mr. Jarvis graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law with honors in Business Reorganization in Bankruptcy and Advanced Legal Research.
When not practicing law, Mr. Jarvis enjoys spending time with his family, exploring Georgia, and eating pizza.
