Avoiding The Ticking Time Bomb – Working with Defense Counsel to Size Up and Resolve Problematic Cases Early

Please join us on September 14, 2017 for our in-person seminar as we discuss strategies that are helpful in assessing liability and damages exposures in legal disputes.

This seminar will also provide training on applicable laws and rules, and will take place as part of an interactive session where highly experienced defense counsel will discuss ways to minimize exposure and resolve problematic cases at a preliminary stage.

Our seminar will begin at 12:00 p.m. and will conclude at 1:00 p.m. As always, there is no charge for our seminar. We hope to see you there!
