No Soup for You! – Immunities Available to Local Governments – Webinar

Please join us on Tuesday, June 27th for our webinar, “No Soup for You! – Immunities Availalbe to Local Governments.”

For anyone adjusting or defending local governments, immunities are the bread and butter of the defense of these claims. This webinar will focus on those immunities, in both federal and state courts, how and when they need to be asserted, the likelihood of success based on particular factual scenarios, and the confusion that is created when courts conflate immunity issues such as “malice” and “actual malice.”

The webinar will begin at 2:00 pm and conclude at 3:00 pm EST. As always, there is no charge for our webinar.
