Webinar – Protecting Confidential Information and Business Interests

Please join us May 3, 2018 as we address strategies that are helpful for employers to utilize in drafting enforceable non-competition, non-solicitation and other restrictive covenants to protect business interests.  Insurance carriers will benefit from the discussion – from a litigator’s perspective – of the most common drafting pitfalls in these provisions and how to deal with these issues in the event that litigation arises.

We will also provide insight into protecting a company’s confidential and proprietary business information and trade secrets, including steps that need to be taken in order to safeguard this valuable information. Finally, we will examine current trends in trade secret litigation and the impact this is likely to have on  future claims.

The webinar will begin at 2:00 p.m. and end at 3:00 p.m. EST.

As always, there is no charge for our webinar.  We hope to see you there!
