FMG Attorneys Jennifer Adair and Aaron Miller succeeded in their motion for summary judgment on behalf of Tryphena’s Garden, a wedding venue where a guest claimed she tripped and fell due to a faulty entry ramp. Through depositions, FMG attorneys were able to establish that the plaintiff could not identify a defect and that there was no evidence of superior knowledge on the part of the venue. Despite a sympathetic plaintiff and serious injuries, the venue was awarded judgment as a matter of law.
