Danielle M. Rudkin is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Newark office. Her practice focuses on tort litigation, including premises liability, construction accidents, transportation law, and aviation, and representing employers in labor and employment disputes. Ms. Rudkin’s tort and employment practice includes representation of clients in response to demand letters, administrative charges and lawsuits in federal and state courts. Ms. Rudkin received her Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law where she served as Associate Editor of the Intellectual Property Law Journal; was a student ambassador; and was a recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award. Ms. Rudkin also received her undergraduate degree from Fordham University.
