
Arielle E. Katz is an Associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP, based in the Cherry Hill office. She is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Law, Commercial Litigation/Directors & Officers and Tort & Catastrophic Loss practice sections. Ms. Katz manages litigation matters from initiation through resolution, providing strategic guidance at every stage. Her experience includes drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, conducting and defending depositions, arguing motions in state and federal courts, and facilitating resolutions through mediations, arbitrations and settlement conferences.
Ms. Katz has represented clients across a range of industries and has a proven track record of successful case outcomes. Her approach is rooted in thorough preparation and strategic advocacy.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Katz clerked for the Honorable Faustino J. Fernandez-Vina of the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the Honorable Irvin J. Snyder of the Superior Court of New Jersey. She also served as a Deputy Attorney General in the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, working in both the Division of Criminal Justice Appellate Bureau and the Division of Law. Prior to joining FMG, she practiced at a regional firm, handling complex commercial litigation and products liability matters in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
