Alexander Tang is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s San Diego office. His practice focuses on general liability, directors and officers (D&O) liability, intellectual property infringement, and data privacy and security class action litigation.
Mr. Tang earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, San Diego with a B.A. in Public Law. While in law school, Mr. Tang served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jill L. Burkhardt of the United States District Court, Southern District of California, provided pro bono legal services at the University of San Diego School Legal Clinics, and held a leadership position on the executive board of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. In recognition of his leadership and commitment to community service, Mr. Tang was awarded the Thomas F. L. McCauley Award in 2024.
