Caitlyn Fontana is an Associate at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and is located in the Newark office. She is a member of the Firm’s Construction & Design Law and Tort & Catastrophic Loss practice sections.
Prior to joining FMG, Caitlyn was a tax controversy and compliance associate at a mid-sized global law firm, where she represented high net-worth individuals, multinational families and closely held businesses in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and other taxing authorities. This experience informs her disciplined and detail-oriented approach to litigation.
Caitlyn earned her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as a Notes & Articles Editor of the Intellectual Property Law Journal and received her B.A. in Politics from New York University.
