Michael Tran is an Associate in the San Francisco–Marin County office of Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP. Mr. Tran is a member of the Labor & Employment Law Practice Section.

Mr. Tran advises clients on employment law matters, including workplace policies, compliance and dispute resolution.

Mr. Tran is a member of the California State Bar. Mr. Tran is active as a member of the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Northern California (VABANC). During law school, he served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association and President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. Mr. Tran earned his JD from Santa Clara University School of Law and his BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
