FMG Welcomes Alicia Santocki as Vice Chair of Cyber and Partner, Client Engagement

Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP (FMG), an Am Law 200, leading nationwide litigation firm, is pleased to announce the return of Alicia Santocki as Vice Chair of the firm’s Data Security, Privacy & Technology practice section and Partner, Client Engagement.

In her new role at FMG, Ms. Santocki will focus on advancing the firm’s Data Security, Privacy & Technology practice, including advising on emerging risks related to cybersecurity, data privacy, and technology-driven exposures. She also will work to enhance and expand key client relationships by aligning client service strategies with evolving industry needs and delivering integrated, value-driven solutions.

Ms. Santocki brings more than two decades of experience in claims, coverage, and litigation management across a wide range of specialty lines, as well as deep knowledge of emerging areas such as cybersecurity and data privacy. She is recognized for her ability to build strong client relationships and deliver practical, results-oriented guidance.

From 2020 to 2024, Ms. Santocki served as managing director of FMG Assurance, the firm’s client-focused initiative dedicated to compliance, project management, risk assessment and process improvement.
