Nicole Clowdsley is an Associate in the Firm’s San Francisco- Marin office. She is part of the Labor and Employment Law team. Prior to joining FMG, Nicole Clowdsley worked as a staff attorney where she focused on labor and employment matters, commercial disputes and risk management.

She has extensive experience representing private companies in all aspects of workplace disputes, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, wrongful termination and breach of contract claims. She also counsels employers on best practices and risk management strategies to avoid litigation.
