Overview

Elizabeth Fellmeth is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Los Angeles and Orange County offices and is Vice-Chair of the firm's Financial Services and Banking national practice section.  Ms. Fellmeth is also Office Co-Chair of the firm's Orange County office. Her practice focuses on business, commercial and employment litigation.  Elizabeth has considerable experience representing clients in proceedings involving state and federal securities law violations, real estate claims, professional liability issues, financial fraud and business disputes.  She also handles a variety of civil and regulatory matters before state and federal courts, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the California Department of Insurance.  With respect to her employment practice, Elizabeth represents employers in discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour class actions, and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative claims.  

While in law school, Elizabeth was the Comments Editor for the Santa Clara Law Review and a semifinalist in the Bryant-Moore Invitational Moot Court Competition. She also received the CALI Award of Excellence for attaining the highest grade in the Study of Remedies.
