Arielle E. Katz is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary's Cherry Hill office. Ms. Katz experienced litigator, and an associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Cherry Hill office. Ms. Katz’s experience includes all areas of litigation, including fact discovery, drafting pleadings and briefs, taking and defending depositions, legal research, and oral argument before the court. She has a proven track record of successfully settling cases on behalf of her clients and has actively participated in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.
Early in her career, Ms. Katz clerked for the Honorable Faustino J. Fernandez-Vina of the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the Honorable Irvin J. Snyder of the Superior Court of New Jersey. She also spent several years as a Deputy Attorney General for the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General in both the Division of Criminal Justice Appellate Bureau, and the Division of Law. Prior to joining Freeman Mathis & Gary, Ms. Katz spent several years as an associate at a well-respected regional firm, where she focused on complex commercial litigation matters, and was also regularly involved in products liability litigation throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
