Overview
Arif Salam is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's San Diego Office. He is a member of the Tort & Catastrophic Loss and Healthcare practice sections. He is experienced in the representation of individuals, professionals and businesses involved in all stages of litigation. His areas of expertise include personal injury, commercial litigation, products liability and consumer protection.
Prior to law school, Mr. Salam gained experience working as a litigation and docket clerk in Orange County. While there, he assisted in trial preparation and case management to prepare himself to litigate in the future.
Mr. Salam earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he served as a lead brief writer and competitor for his Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (VICAM) team. While in law school, he was also the recipient of The South Asian Bar Association of San Diego’s (SABA-SD) Scholarship, sponsored by Jones Day, and was a recipient of The Pan Asian Lawyers of San Diego’s (PALSD) Scholarship.
