Daniel A. Baylson is a partner in Freeman, Mathis & Gary’s Cherry Hill office. Mr. Baylson’s practice focuses on the defense of claims in the areas of employment and related matters, tort and catastrophic loss, and construction defects in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Baylson works diligently to obtain the best possible resolution for his clients. In Mr. Baylson’s employment practice, he regularly handles matters before federal and state courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and also before administrative agencies including the EEOC, the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. His labor and employment practice encompasses the issues that employers may face in managing and interacting with employees, including employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims, wage and hour claims, FMLA and ADA claims, and disputes surrounding enforcement and defense of non-compete, non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements. He also advises clients on various employment decisions and develops strategies for best practices, policies and procedures, employment handbooks, internal investigations, employment contracts and disciplinary measures.
