Daniel Coluccio is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Newark, New Jersey Office. He practices in the areas of personal injury defense, transportation litigation, employment law, and general liability. Prior to joining FMG, Daniel was an Associate at a prominent mid-Atlantic defense firm, where he litigated a wide range of matters throughout New Jersey and New York, in both State and Federal court.
Daniel received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. After law school, he clerked for the Honorable Michael V. Cresitello, Jr., P.J.Cv., the presiding judge of the Civil Division in Middlesex County, N.J. During his clerkship, he gained valuable insight and experience with New Jersey litigation and court procedures, helping him develop litigation strategy and provide specialized counsel to his clients.
