Danielle M. Rudkin is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary’s Newark office. Her practice includes a variety of complex litigation matters with a focus on tort litigation, construction accidents and defects, as well as employment claims.
Ms. Rudkin has extensive experience in the defense of construction-related matters, particularly in the context of defending owners, general contractors, and subcontractors for claims involving alleged violations of the New York Labor Law. Ms. Rudkin’s tort practice also involves the defense of insured clients in aviation and transportation industries, as well as a wide range of premises liability matters. She also represents clients in various employment-related matters in federal and state courts, and before federal agencies. In that context, Ms. Rudkin has handled various claims involving employment discrimination, retaliation, claims relating to employee medical leave, and whistleblower claims.
