Dennis Callahan is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary's Philadelphia office. He is also Vice-Chair of the firm's On Call Trial team and part of the firm's Executive Committee.
Over the course of his 30-year career, Mr. Callahan has tried a wide variety of cases to verdict, including complex contract claims, business torts, and catastrophic personal injury matters. Having studied engineering and worked in a manufacturing environment before embarking on his law career, Mr. Callahan applies a methodical and structured approach to his practice. He has a special interest in matters involving technical or scientific issues—such as products liability and transportation matters—where he can leverage his engineering experience for the benefit of his clients. Mr. Callahan is often called into matters to prepare and present technical experts for deposition and trial, and to cross-examine experts presented by the opposition. Mr. Callahan has been recognized by Best Lawyers since 2016.
