Overview

Dione Wrenn is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's Las Vegas office. She is a member of the Commercial Litigation and Employment Law Practice Sections. She focuses on complex litigation and insurance defense matters, including multi-party disputes, high-value claims, and advising clients on employment related disputes.

Ms. Wrenn defends clients in complex litigation arising from business torts and contract disputes, as well as defends insureds in multi-party personal injury matters. Her employment practice focuses on the areas of wrongful termination, defamation, economic interference, breach of contract, and Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and FMLA discrimination and retaliation claims.

Ms. Wrenn is a member of the Nevada State Bar. She has delivered presentations on equal employment, anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, and anti-retaliation in the workplace to insureds and human resource professionals. She earned a J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law and a B.A. from Centenary College of Louisiana. While attending law school, she also served as a summer judicial extern to the Honorable George W. Foley, Jr.

Representative Cases & Clients

  • Obtained a defense award in favor of insured after a three-day administrative trial arising under the employee protection provisions of 49 U.S.C. Section 31105 of the Surface Transportation Assistance Act of 1982, and the regulations of the Secretary of Labor published at 29 C.F.R. Part 1978 before the San Francisco Office of the United States Department of Labor.
