Edward Storck is a Senior Associate of Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP in its Hartford, Connecticut office. Mr. Storck has over 13 years of experience in defending case in Connecticut State and Federal Courts involving high exposure tort claims, in the areas of product liability law, toxic tort, general and professional liability, as well as premises liability. Over the years, Mr. Storck has represented a wide-variety of clients from Fortune 500 Companies to small local businesses in the defense of claims alleging asbestos exposure through either direct exposure through the handling or working in close proximity with raw asbestos and/or alleged asbestos containing products, as well as claims involving take-home exposures and environmental exposures. Mr. Storck also has experience in handling other toxic tort matters including claims of alleged Benzene exposure. Mr. Storck also has extensive experience in insurance coverage matters providing opinions and recommendations to various insurance companies and/or bringing actions seeking judicial determinations related to coverage. Further, he has assisted various insurance companies in the investigation of large-loss claims including taking examinations under oath and steering additional investigations into potentially fraudulent claims.
In his spare time, Mr. Storck enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, brewing beer, and supporting a number of local organizations within his home town and in Hartford.
