Emily Mayfield is an Associate in the Boston office of Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP. Ms. Mayfield is a member of the Labor & Employment and Data Security, Privacy & Technology Practice Sections.

Ms. Mayfield advises clients on labor and employment matters and issues related to data privacy and technology.

Ms. Mayfield is a member of the Massachusetts Bar. While in law school, Ms. Mayfield served as staff editor of the Boston College Intellectual Property & Technology Forum Journal. Ms. Mayfield earned her JD from Boston College Law School in 2025 and her BA, cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 2022.
