Francesca Darcy is an Associate in the Newark office of Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP. Ms. Darcy is a member of the Insurance Coverage & Extra-Contractual Liability and Tort & Catastrophic Loss Practice Sections. Before joining FMG, Ms. Darcy practiced employment law at a Boston firm where she represented both plaintiffs and defendants.

Ms. Darcy graduated cum laude from Georgetown University where she received a B.A. She earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School where she was a staff writer and executive editor of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter Digest. Ms. Darcy also participated in the Lifer Parole Clinic, the Mock Trial Competition, and the Negotiation Competition. She completed the Boston College Law Pro Bono Pledge and was a semi-finalist in the Client Counseling Competition.
