Jessica Gray Kelly is a Partner in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Boston office and is Vice-Chair of the Firm's Professional Liability / Errors and Omissions national practice section. Ms. Kelly is also Co-Chair of the firm's Lawyers Professional Liability national practice team. Throughout her career, she has represented individuals and businesses in high stakes litigation matters, including commercial, real estate and land use, employment, D&O and professional liability disputes. Ms. Kelly also represents lawyers before the Board of Bar Overseers. Ms. Kelly provides clear and concise advice and works efficiently to achieve client goals.
Prior to private practice, Ms. Kelly was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Donald G. Alexander of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court in Portland, Maine.
Ms. Kelly has dedicated many hours of her practice to pro bono immigration and asylum work and was the Pro Bono Coordinator at her prior firm. She writes and speaks often on ethics and practice tips for lawyers as well as emerging law and recent court decisions.
