Joseph P. Kreoll is a Senior Counsel in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's Newark and New York offices. Mr. Kreoll focuses his practice on general liability, insurance defense, and tort litigation, including premises liability, motor vehicle and transportation law, product liability, and employment matters.
Mr. Kreoll is admitted to practice law in the States of New Jersey (1989) and New York (2004), as well as in the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the United States Supreme Court. He received his Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University School of Law where he was Articles Editor for the Valparaiso University Law Review. During law school, he worked as a research assistant to Professor Alfred Meyer. Upon graduation, Mr. Kreoll was a law clerk to the Honorable William R. Albrecht, J.S.C. in Warren County, New Jersey.
