Kyle Hogan is an Associate in the Newark and New York City offices of the Firm. He is a member of the Labor and Employment practice area, where he defends employers in a wide range of matters arising under city, state and federal law. He advises and represents clients across various industries involving workplace and employment related claims.

Mr. Hogan is also a member of the Torts & Catastrophic Loss National practice area, and has successfully defended clients in matters involving transportation and aviation claims, premises liability, and general tort claims.

Prior to joining FMG, Mr. Hogan interned at several law firms, gaining experience in tort law, aviation law, intellectual property and contract law.

Mr. Hogan earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where he contributed as a writer for the Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment Law Blog. He also served as a student clinician for the Brooklyn Law Incubator & Policy Clinic where he advised clients on the formation of corporate entities, prepared contracts, and participated in defending against a claim of trademark infringement. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the College of the Holy Cross in 2020.
