Overview
Kyle Costa is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP’s Newark office and a member of the firm’s Tort & Catastrophic Loss and Labor & Employment Law Practice Sections. Before joining Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP, Mr. Costa served as a Litigation Associate in the Law Department of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, where he represented the agency in a broad range of matters, including premises liability, employment litigation, FELA claims, and false arrest and excessive force cases. He has experience managing cases through all stages of litigation, from inception through trial.
