Lindsey Phipps is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's Los Angeles – Downtown office. She is a member of the Employment Law Practice Section. Mrs. Phipps focuses on defending employers in employment litigation, regulatory investigations and risk-mitigation matters.

Mrs. Phipps represents public entities and businesses of all sizes. She frequently advises clients on risk assessment, policy development and dispute resolution, often coordinating with internal legal teams and external consultants to achieve effective outcomes.

Mrs. Phipps earned a JD from Pepperdine University, Caruso School of Law and a BA from the University of San Diego.
